Who I Am
My name, at least on the Internet, is Moira Inori. My real name is Celeste. I'm a thirty-something writer living in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. As far as I can remember, I have always been making up stories. All sorts of stories--fantastical stories, implausible and illogical stories, but mostly romantic stories. Sometimes I write them down, but most of them are still lodged in my brain somewhere. My dream is to live long enough and work hard enough to see all of them written down in black and white and finally released into the world outside my head.
This particular story, to which I am devoting this site, is a massive, unfinished piece of fiction that I first uploaded on FictionPress.com. It used to go by the title "Half and Half Makes Two"--a title I happen to have hatched in a moment of supreme uncreativity. You can check out the story at FictionPress to read the reviews, written by some of the nicest and most patient people in the world. This story was awarded Judges' Choice in the "Best Chemistry for an Incomplete Story" category in the 8th Round of the Some Kind of Wonderful (SKoW) Awards. It was also featured on the story-review site A Drop of Romeo under "Forbidden", which sort of makes the story sound more exotic than it actually is. It was also nominated for Best Het in an Incomplete Story category in the12th Round of the SKoW Awards. Thank you so much for coming to visit, and I really hope you stay and read and enjoy the story. I admit, it is still in its first-draft form, and in need of editing/trimming down. I would appreciate hearing from you if you have any comments, constructive criticism or suggestions.
